Extended Returns & Exchanges

During this holiday season, we are offering extended returns & exchanges on all orders made between November 20th and December 15th. These orders can be returned or exchanged until January 14th, as long as they are in a resellable condition. If you believe your item contains a fault please contact customer service immediately.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Revere purchase or it isn't what you are looking for, you can return or exchange the merchandise directly to us if:

  • You purchased the product through our website, and
  • It is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All packages should be sent via a trackable method such as NZ Post, PBT, Fastway etc. Revere Shoes is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please Note The Following

  • Returned merchandise must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. It must be in as new condition upon return.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be shipped via Ground delivery at no additional charge.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to process your return or exchange.
